• Gymnastics can offer your child a wide range of physical benefits, regardless of their age or ability. Participating in gymnastics helps enhance strength, flexibility, endurance, and coordination. Additionally, gymnastics provides cognitive advantages as your child learns to visualize and execute various skills, contributing to character development by fostering qualities such as discipline, determination, courage, and self-confidence.

  • Any age!  As a parent, you know your child best and you know what they can handle. Danik Gymnastics offers classes from walking to 18 years of age.

  • If you are participating in a trial class and decide not to enroll, there will be no charge. If you choose to enroll, your monthly tuition will start from that date onward. To register for a trial, please create an account through our Parent Portal. Your spot will be reserved for 24 hours after the trial class, so please let us know if you intend to sign up! Upon registration, a $35.53 annual registration fee and monthly tuition will be applied. If you do not let us know you if you want to enroll, the trial will expire, and the spot will become available for the next child.

  • Yes, we have an annual registration fee of $35.53, which is due during the first month of your enrollment and the same month every year after that while enrolled. If you drop from a class and then return before your registration fee is due, you will not be required to pay it again until your one-year period is completed.

  • Your monthly tuition will be automatically withdrawn on the 1st of each month using a Visa or MasterCard that will be securely stored in your Parent Portal account. If you are not enrolled in auto withdrawal, your payment is due between the 1st and 10th of each month to avoid a $15 late fee. If your account is more than 2 weeks overdue, you will be dropped from the class.

  • Any type of workout apparel that allows for easy movement should be worn. Shorts, leggings, or sweatpants and t-shirts are suitable for both boys and girls, as long as they are not baggy and do not cover the feet. Hair should be tied back (e.g., ponytail, braids, bun). Only stud earrings are allowed as jewelry. All children must be barefoot during class.

  • A makeup token is issued when you inform us in advance that you will be missing a class. Makeup tokens can only be used while you are actively enrolled, no exceptions. No more than 12 tokens will be issued per calendar year for excused absences, and expire within 30 days of the reported absence. You can report an absence through the parent portal, by calling 208-846-8311, or by emailing universal@danikgym.com. Makeup tokens issued for a gym closure will automatically be issued and never expire. These tokens can be used to schedule a makeup class via your parent portal, or for open gym/open play sessions. Makeup classes must be scheduled in advance and approved by the front office. Drop-ins are not recommended for makeup classes as we cannot guarantee availability. If an account has an outstanding balance, makeup tokens cannot be used.

  • If Danik has a scheduled closure, makeup tokens will be issued to all students who were scheduled for a class on that day. Makeup tokens issued due to gym closures do not expire.

  • To drop from a class, written notice is required before the 1st of the month to avoid the monthly tuition charge. (For competitive team, a 30-day notice is required.) You can either email universal@danikgym.com or pick up a drop form from the front desk. Any drop submitted after the 1st will be effective on the last day of the month. Refunds will not be provided after auto withdrawal is processed. If you choose to drop mid-month, no credit will be issued, but you can use makeup tokens before the end of the month.

  • We recommend that valuable items not be brought to the gym. Danik Gymnastics is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. However, we do collect items at the end of the day. If you believe you may have left something here, please call or email the front desk as soon as possible to see if we have found it. Unclaimed items are regularly donated to charity.

  • Gymnastics classes are designed for students to learn skills on all gymnastics apparatus, including vault, bars, beam, and floor. Tumbling classes focus on floor only. Examples of tumbling skills include rolls, cartwheels, standing backbends & kick-overs, round-offs, back handsprings, back tucks, etc.

  • None of our camps or events are the same as a gymnastics class. While they are incredibly fun and offer opportunities to practice skills during free play, gymnastics is not taught during these events. Events and camps are not intended to be instructional; instead, they provide a chance to have a great time with friends!
